WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman David Rouzer released the statement below following Senate Democrats' opposition to continue government funding, putting critical programs and national security at risk while wasting taxpayer dollars on empty federal offices. This comes after the House passed a nonpartisan Continuing Resolution (CR) nearly two weeks ago, keeping government operations funded until November 21st.

Rouzer. "My office will continue working for North Carolina's Seventh Congressional District throughout the Democrat-led Shutdown."
