Tour Request

Visiting our nation's Capital is a priceless experience. If you decide to plan a trip to Washington, DC I am happy to assist you in any way I can.

There are many exciting attractions in and around the city. Below are the sites that my office can submit Congressional tour requests for. To arrange these tours please fill out our Tour Request Form below or contact my Washington D.C. office at (202) 225-2731 and we will assist you and answer any questions you may have. Please remember, that while my office will request tours for the sites below, we cannot guarantee tickets as they are distributed by the individual locations.

While I have advocated for a full reopening of the Capitol, unfortunately the U.S. House of Representatives remains largely restricted. New guidance allows Senate offices to resume staff-led Capitol Tours. Groups of up to six guests every half-hour between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Friday through the Senate side only. Tours are limited to thirty minutes and will be allowed to include only the Crypt, the Rotunda, and the Brumidi Corridor. The Capitol Visitor Center, the Old Senate Chamber, and the Old Supreme Court Chamber will remain off-limits. Offices will be capped at two tours per week, and as a result, some tour requests may not be accepted. All guests must complete a health screening before visiting and be advised of CDC mask recommendations.

For your convenience, I have included Sen. Burr and Sen. Tillis’s contact information below.

Senator Richard Burr
(202) 224-3154

Senator Thom Tillis
(202) 224-6342

As a result of the continuing federal effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all tours of the White House, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Supreme Court, Library of Congress, Pentagon, FBI building, and Arlington Cemetery have been suspended. Should you have any additional questions, please contact Congressman Rouzer's office by phone at (202) 225-2731.

Several Smithsonian museums remain open on modified schedules. Visit the Smithsonian website for more information.

The White House has closed requests for all tours prior to February 12, 2022. All new requests made for dates prior to February 12 will be denied.
