This Week's Good News Story

This week, I'm highlighting two of the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare’s hospices, the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick and the Angel House Hospice Care Center in Whiteville, for earning national recognition as recipients of the 2024 Press Ganey Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award for Employee Experience. Scoring in the 94th percentile for employee engagement, the organization won two of the three national awards in its category — an honor highlighting their commitment to creating a supportive, compassionate workplace that directly enhances the care provided to patients and families.
